Life - what is it? It depends on where you look. If you look backwards you'll soon discover that life is a string of moments, each building upon another leading to a current moment, this moment. How have you lived each moment? Is your life the life of your past expectations? Is it happy in your current moment? Take a moment and really assess where you are.
The string of moments behind you are what created the residual effect that you are currently experiencing. If your life is headed in a great direction, wonderful. If in this moment your life is not where you would like to be, live your moment in a new way. Not doing so is a life of spinning your wheels. You work hard at it but still go nowhere.
Each moment that we believe the world is a positive place, brings a positive experience into life. Choose how you live each moment. Positivity breeds a new string of positive moments thus creating a new string of life experiences. Then after a period of time you begin unconsciously creating from a positive past which in turn creates more of the same. There is a theory that states it takes 21 days to create a new habit. If you could keep yourself in a predominately positive state for a mere three weeks your new habit would be a positive life.
Today is day 21 - count down your days of positivity. If you start counting at 21 it feels as if you're already there, so by counting down it is only getting closer. By day 21 you'll find your life significantly altered if you will truly dedicate those 21 days to your successful happy life.
